Distance Learning 12th May 2020

Good Morning Room 22

Yesterday Jacinda Ardern announced that we will all get to go back to school next week on Monday. I hope your excited, I know I am.

We have our Google Meet sessions this morning at 10:00-10:30am and 10:30-11:00am with Frida, Emme, Ava, William and Jackson H sharing in the first session, and Carl, Jerry, Kayden and Kiyaan sharing in the second session. I wonder what news they will share with us?

Today your learning challenge is from our Maths slide on our distance learning slideshow. We are going to make paper chains. I wonder how long you can make yours? How many pieces of paper do you think you will use? Can you hang it around your home? Can you use it to measure things around your home?

If your not sure how to make a paper chain check out these instructions from wikihow.com

Have a great day.

  3. What a fun activity suggestion to make some paper chains. When I was young we used to make shaped paper chains of people, angels, teddies or butterflies as decorations too.
